Three ways to work with us.
Pay for the ones you use.
Sourcing is free: post a product request, compare vetted factories, and place the order without a subscription. We take a share only when an order lands, from 10% down to 5% as the order grows. Studio is $249 a month for the design software: sketches, tech packs, and the style library. Production is a custom quote for running orders with the suppliers you already have.
Plans
Three products. Use one, or all three.

All prices in USD. Sourcing and Studio bill monthly and can be cancelled any time. Production is set up on a contract.
Sourcing
Free to source. You pay only when an order lands.
Nothing to pay while you brief, match, sample, and compare. When a production order is placed through StitchGrid's factory network, the take rate is 10% under $50k, 7% from $50k to $250k, and 5% at $250k and above, invoiced at PO confirmation. Tech packs are included for the styles StitchGrid produces, so a brand that arrives with none still gets them. A development fee per style, quoted for that style, covers tech packs and sampling before an order exists, and is credited back against the take rate when the order lands. POs with your own suppliers carry no take rate, on any plan.
10% under $50k, 7% to $250k, 5% above. Shown before you award. Nothing if the deal does not close.
We never mark up the factory price and we charge factories nothing. What you see quoted is what the factory quoted.
Studio prices the design software. Production prices running orders with your own suppliers. Neither carries a take rate.
Do I need a subscription to source a factory?+
No. Sourcing is free and has no time limit. Post a product request, get curated matches, compare quotes, run samples, and place the PO without paying us a subscription. The take rate applies only once an order is placed through our network.
What does the take rate apply to?+
Only production orders placed through StitchGrid's factory network, invoiced at PO confirmation. It is 10% under $50k, 7% from $50k to $250k, and 5% at $250k and above, on the order value. Tech packs are included for the styles StitchGrid produces, so you don't need Studio to get one. POs you manage with your own existing suppliers carry no take rate, whatever plan you are on.
What is the development fee?+
For a style that needs tech packs and sampling before an order exists, we quote a development fee for that style. It is not a published number because it depends on the style. When the order lands, that fee is credited back against the take rate, so you are not paying for the same work twice.
Why do you publish your rates when others don't?+
Because a fee you cannot see is how traditional brokers hide margin, and removing that is most of the point. You see our rate, you see the factory's quote, and the two are not mixed together. You can also work out your own number before you ever speak to us, which is the part most sourcing agents will not give you.
Why does a smaller order cost a higher percentage?+
Because the work is nearly the same. Finding and vetting a factory, qualifying capacity, running samples, and getting a first order through production takes the same effort at $50k as at $5M. A flat rate would either overcharge large orders or make small ones impossible to serve properly. The rate falls as you grow, and consolidating volume into fewer, larger orders moves you down a band.
What do I get for $249 a month?+
Studio: AI sketches and images, technical flats drawn from a sample photograph, tech pack generation with the spreadsheet export, the style library, and sending a tech pack to your own supplier as a sample request. It runs alongside Sourcing, or on its own if you already have suppliers and just want the design software.
Is there a free trial?+
Sourcing is already free, so there is nothing to trial. Studio starts billing when you subscribe. If you want to see it first, email us and we will walk you through it. Production is set up on a contract sized to what you need.
Can I combine plans?+
Yes. Sourcing, Studio, and Production are separate products, not a ladder, and an org can hold any combination. Add or remove Studio any time from the billing tab in settings. Production is provisioned on your contract.
What are AI credits?+
One pool covers every AI feature: sketches, images, technical flats, tech pack generation, and chat. You are charged for what a job actually costs to run, so an image is 1 to 4 credits depending on the engine, and a full tech pack is about 12. Credits reset on the first of each month and do not roll over. Sourcing includes 40 a month, Studio includes 200. Extra Studio seats and credits, and Production's allowance, are quoted rather than published. Top up any time from Settings at $0.25 a credit.
What counts as a seat?+
Any member of your workspace, plus pending invites. Sourcing includes 1 seat and Studio includes 1 seat, with extra seats available on request. Production seats are set on your contract.
Do factories pay anything?+
No. Joining the network is free for factories and we take no margin from the factory side. The take rate is paid by the brand, on top of production cost.
What if the sourced order falls through?+
If a deal does not close, there is no take rate. It is contingent on a signed PO. Any Studio subscription is unaffected either way.
